We are sending this alert out to let you know of areas that you can watch for announcements about upcoming events. One of the places that is always overlooked is your water bill. This month the following announcements will be on your water bill, if you are a citizen of Decatur, Arkansas.
- Thursday, October 19, 2023 and Friday, October 20, 2023--Fall Clean up. Be sure to have your items out by the curb by 6 am on whichever day your trash is normally picked up.
- Saturday, October 21, 2023--Fall Tree Give Away. If you live inside the city limits of Decatur, Arkansas, bring your water bill to get your tree. The give away happens from 8 am to noon.
- Saturday, October 21, 2023--Glow Ride and Bike Give Away. Pathways to Progress will be hosting a glow ride and bike give away in the Old City Park located off of 2nd Street from 4 pm to 8 pm.
- Saturday, October 28, 2023--Trunk or Treat. Trunk or Treat is being held at Veteran's Park starting at 6 pm. If you would like to enter a trunk, please call 479-752-3912 and let us know how many trunks you plan on having there. Also, please be sure to decorate your trunk to enter the best decorated trunk contest.
