Water Bills

Just a friendly reminder to water customers. We are no longer using softel credit card processing and are not using that phone payment service either. Please go to our website decaturarkansas.com and follow the instructions to pay your bill. You will need your account number. There are a couple of options: on the home page choose Payment Options and then choose Pay Your Bill Now and hit quick pay. The other option from the website is to choose Residents at the top, then choose Payment Options, then choose Pay Your Bill Now and hit quick pay. You can register your account but auto pay is not set up yet to collect so the Water Department will not receive the payment. We will update when auto pay can be started. You can also come to City Hall and pay the water bill by cash, check, money order, or credit card. This change started April 1.
